Looking to buy - need advice on different models

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy an SX400 in Germany, and I've narrowed it down to these two:

Can anyone explain what are the differences between these two models and which would in your opinion be the preferable buy?

Upon further investigation, I think I figured out that the black one is XS 400 2A2 and the blue on is XS 400 4G5 (SE)

Most differences are in styling - different seats and grab bars. The only practical difference is the rear wheel - black one has an 18 inch one, and blue one has a 16 inch one. There are also some minor differences in carburetors, but it really doesn't matter. It's just stuff done to optimise manufacturing. Otherwise - same engine and more or less same everything else.

The blue one seems to have been modified. Handlebars, seat, turn signals, mirrors - those are all not factory. Also, they didn't have drilled brake rotors, so that's either modified or replaced.
